Welcome to BSC! The First Gen community provides an opportunity for focused support to students who are first in their family to go to college (meaning that their parents did not earn a bachelor’s degree). Our diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and RA’s are also the first in their families to go to college! They will help you learn how to NAV1GATE college life, both inside and outside the classroom focusing on-campus resources, and student involvement. They will also be happy to answer your questions and share their insights.
