The visual arts, like all disciplines, have specific methods of thinking and looking that allow us to better understand ourselves, the world, and our place in it. This learning community will explore the unique ways that art adds to human understanding, the relationship of art to other disciplines, and the connection of art to society, especially contemporary society.
